Since 2001, Carlingford Flames has provided competitive and social netball opportunities for anyone who wants to play, umpire or coach. We welcome all ages and levels of experience and ability.
Our club values friendship, community spirit, teamwork and respect to all members — from our volunteers to our umpires and parents.
Our Volunteers and Life Members are active and engaged members in our organisation, and we are grateful and thankful for their outstanding contributions to the development of netball with us. Without their support we wouldn't be able to do what we do!
About Us
Carlingford Flames Netball Club was founded in 2001 by a small group of dedicated local parents from the North Rocks / Carlingford / Epping area.
During Winter we play at the Bennelong Sports Centre. Most teams train in the afternoons through the week across a range of venues including Meadowbank and North Rocks, in consultation with their coach's availability.
Our Club Patron and co-founder is Anita Keelan, former Assistant Coach of the NSW Swifts, and one of our celebrated Life Members. Sue Guggenheimer is also a Life Member.
We have had many players, coaches and umpires go on to represent Flames and ERNA at Premier League, Junior & Senior State Titles and Metro League. We look forward to having you with us on your netball journey!

Training & Game Day Locations
Winter Competition
All age groups play at the Bennelong Sports Centre, 22 Winbourne St, West Ryde NSW 2114. Games are played on Saturdays.

Coaches are allocated to all junior teams with training once per week. Training venues include Meadowbank and North Rocks — exact days are confirmed pre-season with coaches.
